A classic London Dry made in a copper pot still with nine botanicals sourced from India and around the world, juniper from Macedonia, orange peel from Spain, angelica root from Germany, and the rest from India. Fresh citrus over a clean juniper backbone, built for the Martini glass as much as the highball.

Tasting Notes

Clean juniper and fresh lemon peel on the nose, with a soft floral note from chamomile. Bright citrus and coriander lead on the palate, giving way to a warm, clean ginger finish.
